Flowing Chocolate Fondant: A scrumptious dessert!

Chocolate fondant is one of the most scrumptious and delicious desserts you can serve. Its rich flavor and silky texture can take any dinner party to the next level.

100 grams dark chocolate
45 g flour
80 grams butter
80 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp fresh cream

Preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 200° and butter a silicone muffin tin.
Then cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a saucepan in a bain-marie, then add the butter and stir it with a whisk to melt it too.
Then add fresh cream and stir to make a uniform mixture.
Blanch the eggs with sugar in a bowl with the help of a beater, then pour the melted chocolate on top and mix with a whisk.
Then add flour and mix to make a uniform dough then spread your dough in a muffin pan and put it in the oven to cook for 8 minutes.
Finally, here is your flowing chocolate fondant, sprinkle with icing sugar, serve and wish everyone a good appetite.
