1 shortcrust pastry
5 potatoes
4 thin slices of bacon
2 eggs
16 cl fresh cream
3 tbsp milk
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation :

First of all, peel and cut the potatoes and put them in the steamer basket.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan then place your basket on top and cook over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180° then roll out the dough, flatten it into a round pie pan – along the bottom and sides – and pierce the bottom with a fork.
Whisk the eggs with the milk and cream in a bowl, then add the minced garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk again to combine.
Put potato cubes on the dough, add chopped bacon then cover everything with the ingredients of the salad bowl ie egg and cream mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven to cook for 25 minutes.
Finally here is your quiche, leave to cool for a moment, cut into slices and serve, enjoy your meal.
