Peach Tiramisu: A Sweet and Delicious Dessert

Component :

1 kg peaches
240 grams whipping cream
200 g mascarpone
juice of 1/2 lemon
100 grams icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation of Peach Tiramisu:

First of all, peel 500 grams of peaches, cut them in half, take out the seeds and cut them into pieces.
Then make a peach puree or coulis by mixing them with 50 grams of icing sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar and set aside in a jar.
Whisk the cream and mascarpone with 50g icing sugar in a bowl, then peel and cut the remaining 500g peaches into strips.
Place 3 strips in the bottom of each glass or jar, top with 1 tablespoon of your peach puree, then add a layer of your cream.
Repeat this operation to end with a layer of coulis, garnish with slices of peach, and serve to everyone’s delight.
