Component :

2 kg peaches
400 g sugar
40 + 80 cl water
juice of 1 lemon
1 vanilla pod

Making Peach Sorbet Without Ice Cream Maker:

First of all boil about 2 liters of water in a vessel.
Then take out your peaches and put them in another pan filled with cold water and immerse them in it for 1 minute.
Peel your peaches, cut them in half, pit them, and then put them in an empty saucepan.
Cut the vanilla pod in half, collect the seeds, add them to the pan of peaches along with the pod and 200 grams of sugar, and then mix.
Then add 40 cl water, mix again and cook on medium low heat for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, take out the vanilla pod with a fork, add lemon juice, mix and mash with a fork to make a puree.
Meanwhile prepare the sugar syrup, pour 80 cl of water in a saucepan, add the rest of the sugar (200 g) and bring to a boil.
Pour your sugar syrup over the peach puree, mix with the marise, pour into an ice cream tray and let cool at room temperature.
Then keep it in the freezer overnight.
Finally, serve this peach sorbet with fruit slices and good appetite.
