– 60 cl orange juice
– 16 cl milk
– 25 grams cornstarch
– 100 grams of sugar
– 3 eggs


First, using your electric mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl on medium speed until the mixture turns white.
Once your mixture turns white, top with orange juice, milk, and cornstarch, then keep whisking.
