The best pistachio ice cream, a creamy and delicious addition to your dessert, here is an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 200 grams peeled and unsalted pistachios
– 24 cl sweetened condensed milk
– 50 cl whipping cream 35%
– Salt

Preparation :

Firstly crumble 100 gm pistachios in the bowl of your mixer or using a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin, keep aside.
Then put the remaining 100 grams of pistachios in the bowl of your mixer along with the condensed milk and a pinch of salt and mix on high speed for a few seconds.
Put the whipping cream in a bowl and whip it with your mixer on high speed to get a thick cream.
Add pistachio paste on top and mix with spatula, then add 3/4 of the ground pistachios and mix everything.
Cover your salad bowl and put it in the freezer overnight.
Lastly, here’s the perfect pistachio ice cream, serve sprinkled with the rest of the ground pistachios and everyone will have a good appetite.
