Zucchini and Goat Cheese Tart, a real delight for your main dish, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 1 puff pastry
– 3 zucchini
– 250 grams goat cheese
– 3 eggs
– 120 grams mozzarella
– 1 onion
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp white and black sesame seeds
– Salt
– Chilly

Preparation :

First wash the zucchini and cut it into rings and chop the onion.
Then in a pan, fry the onion in oil on medium heat while stirring it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add zucchini and cook for 5 more minutes, filter and let cool.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper, then top with cheese and mozzarella cubes and mix with a fork.
Preheat your oven to 180°, place a sheet of parchment paper in a pie pan, roll out the dough and spread it over the bottom and sides of the pan.
Prick the bottom with a fork then pour your egg mixture over the dough and lay your zucchini on top.
Cover the edges by folding the edges of the dough toward the middle of the pie then brush the edges with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle everything with your sesame seeds.
Then put your mold in the oven to cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
