No-Bake Strawberry Dessert, a delicious no-bake cake for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 200 grams biscuits
– 250 grams strawberries
– 400 grams mascarpone
– 240 g Cream Cheese: Philadelphia
– 80 grams of sugar
– 3 gelatin sheets
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp butter

Preparation :

First melt the butter, grind the biscuits into a powder in the bowl of your mixer or using a food bag and rolling pin.
Then mix them in a bowl with a spatula, line a springform pan with cling film and place your dough in it.
Pack the bottom and sides using a glass and then put your mold in the fridge and the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water to soften.
In a bowl, beat both the mascarpone and the cream cheese with a mixer, adding the sugar and lemon juice in a trickle and squeezing the gelatin.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave, then pour it into a bowl and mix with a spatula.
Take the mold out of the fridge then pour your preparation onto the biscuit base and put it back in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Wash and peel the strawberries, cut them either into slices or thin rings.
