Strawberry Panna Cotta Dessert, a real Italian dish for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


For Panna Cotta:

– 400 g liquid cream
– 40 grams of sugar
– 1 vanilla pod
– 2 sheets of gelatin

For Strawberry Sauce:

– 250 grams strawberries
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1 tbsp lemon juice


Preparation of panna cotta:

First, cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and collect the seeds with the tip of a knife.
Then pour the cream into a saucepan, top with the vanilla pod and seeds.
Then add sugar and put the saucepan on medium-low heat and leave on low heat for 10 minutes.
Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water for 10 minutes, then take them out.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the gelatin leaves and stir them to dissolve, then strain your cream through a sieve.
Then divide your cream into presentation glasses and put them in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.

Preparation of Strawberry Sauce:

Wash, peel and cut strawberries into pieces, placing a few units for decoration.
Then put them in the bowl of your mixer along with the sugar and lemon juice and mix to make a smooth puree.
Take your glasses out of the fridge, pour your sauce over them, and garnish with reserved strawberry chunks and mint sprigs.
Finally presenting your Strawberry Panna Cotta Sweets, serve and make everyone have a good appetite.
