easy recipe of this delicious chutney

Component

1 kg potatoes
75 g grated cheese
30 cl of fresh cream
25 grams butter
1 clove of garlic
Salt
Chilly

Preparation

First of all, preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Then peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin pieces.
Find a casserole dish and then rub the entire surface with a peeled garlic clove.
Arrange your potato slices, then a layer of grated Gruyere cheese, then cream, and finally salt and pepper.
Repeat the same operation until the top of the casserole dish—make sure you end up with a layer of potatoes.
Add a knob of butter at the end – or spread butter over the entire top layer of the potato.
Place your dish in the oven for 45 minutes.
