Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 2 people – 2 sp per portion.

  • 12 Strawberries
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 10 cl of red wine
  • 10 cl water

Preparation:

First wash and cut the strawberries into pieces, wash the apples and cut them into strips.
Then divide your fruit between two presentation glasses.
Then mix wine, water and sugar in a bowl and divide it into two glasses.
Lastly, refrigerate the glass for at least 25 minutes before serving.
