Component:

– 180 grams flour
– 200 grams ground almonds
– 250 grams butter
– 200 g sugar
– 4 eggs
– 2 sachets baking powder
– 1/2 tsp ground fennel
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1/2 tsp ground clove
– Salt

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
In a bowl, sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, ground almonds, a pinch of salt and spices.
In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar with your mixer on medium speed, then add the eggs — 1 by 1 — while whisking.
Then pour your flour mixture over the top and mix with the spatula and then pour your dough into the mold.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let it cool down and remove it from the mold.
