Pancakes with Pears and Ricotta, a delight for your dessert or afternoon snack, here you will find the easiest recipes to make it at home.


For the Savory Pancake Batter:

– 75 grams flour
– 18 cl milk
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp melted butter
– Chilly
– Salt

For Garnish:

– 2 pears
– 1 tbsp butter
– 45 grams brown sugar
– 1/4 tsp salt
– juice and zest of 1/2 orange
– 120 grams ricotta cheese


Preparation of Pancakes:

First put the milk in the bowl of your blender, add the egg, flour, melted butter, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Put your flour in a salad bowl and heat a pan over medium heat.
Take a small ladle of your batter and pour it into the pan, tilt it and cook your pancake on medium heat from both the sides.

Filling Preparation:

First peel the pears, cut them into cores and cut them into small cubes.
Melt butter in a pan then add sugar and stir on medium flame for 1 minute.
Then pour the pear pieces on top with the zest and orange juice and caramelize over medium heat.
Spread a layer of ricotta on the pancake, then spread a layer of your caramelized pears on top and roll it up.
