Alsatian Plum Tart, a delicious seasonal cake for your dessert or afternoon snack, here’s an easy recipe at home.


– 1 shortcrust pastry – see recipe
– 1 kg plum
– 125 grams sugar
– 30 grams ground almonds
– 48 cl of semi-thick cream
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Firstly, heat the oven to 200°, roll out the shortbread dough into a pie mold, wash, pit the plums and cut them in half.
Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork and place the plums on top.
Using your mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then add the cream and continue to beat on medium speed.
Pour your mixture over the plums and then put your mold in the oven to cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
