Pasta with Zucchini and Paneer is a delight to have for your dinner tonight, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

  • 240 grams linguine pasta
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 orange pepper
  • 1 can of 450 grams white beans
  • 75 grams grated cottage cheese
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First, bring to a boil in a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
Then reserve 12 cl cooking water and drain the pasta.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then brown the zucchini on each side, about 2 minutes.
Add black pepper, onion and garlic and then cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Pour the remaining cooking water over the top, mix and add the strained beans and pasta and cook for 2 minutes, while stirring.
Add 40 grams of Parmesan and mix everything.
