Pancakes with Green Onions, try this delicious recipe for your breakfast or with your soup.


For Pancakes:

– 250 grams flour
– 16 cl cold water
– 3 green onions
– 1 tbsp oil
– Salt

For Sauce:

– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 1/2 tsp chili sauce
– 2 tsp green onion


Preparing Pancake Batter:

First of all, take out the flour in a vessel, add water from above and mix it with your hands for 4 to 5 minutes.
Make a ball of dough, cover it and keep it for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and cut green onions – keep 2 tsp for sauce.
Lastly, divide your dough into 4 balls, flour on a work surface and roll out each ball to form a circle.

Sauce preparation:

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the vinegar and chili sauce and then add the remaining spring onions.
