Super Delicious Raspberry Mousse: It Melts in Your Mouth

This raspberry mousse is so light and fluffy, you won’t believe it only has four ingredients!
It is the ideal dessert as it is not too heavy and can be prepared in advance.
A super delicious raspberry mousse will delight all gourmets, here’s the recipe.

material:

300 grams raspberries
100 grams castor sugar
50 cl Cold Single Cream
3 sheets of gelatin

preparation :

First of all, wash the raspberries and mash them with a fork in a saucepan and make puree.
Then add sugar on top, mix and cook on a low flame, while stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, put the gelatin leaves in a bowl with cold water.
At the end of cooking, sieve your raspberry puree through a sieve, using a spoon to get just the liquid.
Then take the gelatin sheets out, pour them in, and stir to melt them.
In a bowl, whisk the liquid cream into the whipped cream with your mixer on medium speed and slowly toward high speed.
Pour half of the whipped cream into the Raspberry Colis salad bowl and fill the other half with a piping bag.
Mix cream and coulis with a spatula, then fill your glass halfway and decorate with a piping bag of whipped cream on top.
Put your glasses in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
