Irresistible Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie, a delicious cake for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


For Chocolate Cookies:

– 180 grams flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 7 tbsp butter
– 175 grams brown sugar
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 150 g mini chocolate chips

For ice cream:

– 24 cl milk, warm
– 24 cl 35% cream, warm
– 4 egg yolks
– 125 grams sugar
– 1 vanilla pod, split in half lengthwise
– 125 g mini chocolate chips


Preparing Chocolate Cookies:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and spread parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Then in a large bowl mix together all purpose flour, baking powder and salt and keep aside.
Then in another bowl, beat the butter with the brown sugar and sugar with a mixer on medium speed for 4 to 6 minutes.
Then add egg and vanilla extract and keep whisking for 1 minute.
Slowly pour in your flour mixture and continue whisking, then add the chocolate chips and mix with the spatula.
Make small balls out of your dough and place them on a plate and press them lightly with your hands.
Then put your baking sheet in the oven for 12 minutes and then leave it to cool.

Preparation of ice cream:

Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a large steel bowl and then beat them in the bain-marie until the mixture turns white.
Then pour the milk, cream, melted vanilla pod and seeds on top and cook in bain-marie for 15 minutes.
Remove the vanilla pod, wrap the salad bowl and put in the freezer for 2 hours, stir with a spatula and put back in the freezer for 1 hour.

Assembling Cookies:

Take one biscuit and place a scoop of your ice cream on top of it, then place another biscuit on top of it and press down with your hand.
Place the chocolate chips on a plate and roll them on the edges of the biscuits.
