How to make Chocolate Mousse – A creamy dessert for 5 people.

Component :

  • 180 grams dark chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 12 cl milk
  • 25 grams brown sugar
  • Salt

Preparation :

First separate the yolk from the white of the egg.
After this, heat milk in a vessel on medium heat.
Take the pan off the heat, add the chocolate pieces and stir to melt it.
Once your chocolate ganache is ready, add 1-1 egg yolk on top and beat with a whisk, the ganache should be lukewarm.
Then in another bowl, beat the egg whites with the brown sugar and a pinch of salt, beating it with a mixer without much effort.
Pour half the egg whites into a saucepan and then mix with the mares.
Once your cream is homogeneous, add the other half and mix again with Maryse.
Divide your mousse into servings and keep them in the fridge until ready to serve, for everyone to enjoy.
