Homemade Watermelon Granita: A Light and Tasty Recipe

Component :

800 grams watermelon
100 grams icing sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice

Preparing Homemade Watermelon Granita:

First of all cut the watermelon into cubes and make kernels.
Then put them in the bowl of your mixer, add icing sugar and lemon juice and blend everything.
Once your preparation is like a puree, transfer it to a steel bowl and keep it in the freezer for 4 hours.
Every hour, take out your bowl, break up the granita with a fork, and put it back in the freezer.
finally, serve in glasses, garnish with a slice of strawberry and enjoy your meal.
