Easy raspberry panna cotta, a delight for your fall dessert, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

For the panna cotta:

  • 24 cl of milk
  • 24 cl of double cream
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 2 gelatin sheets
  • Cold water
  • 1 vanilla pod

For the Raspberry Coulis:

  • 325 grams raspberries
  • 150 g sugar
  • 16 cl water

Preparation:

Preparation of panna cotta:

First cut your vanilla pod into 2 lengthwise, separate 2 and remove the seeds and soak the gelatin in cold water.
Then pour milk into a saucepan, add cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pod and bring to a boil gently.
Squeeze the gelatin sheets and pour them into the pan, immediately removing the pan from the heat.
Remove the vanilla bean and then stir constantly until the gelatin is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for an hour so that the panna cotta sets

Preparation of Raspberry Coulis:

Bring raspberries, water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
Keep stirring continuously till the sugar dissolves and the raspberries are soft.
Then puree the mixture with a hand blender and leave it to cool.

To serve, invert panna cotta from ramekins onto a plate and sprinkle with raspberry coulis.
