Delicious Whipped Cream Puffs, a soft cupcake for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


For Whipped Cream:

– 50 cl full liquid cream
– 50 grams of sugar

For the Choux Pastry:

– 150 grams of flour
– 100 grams butter
– 25 cl water
– 4 eggs
– Salt


First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and spread parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Preparation of Whipped Cream:

Pour the cream into a large bowl and then whip with your mixer on medium to high speed.
Once your cream has doubled in volume, pour sugar over it and fill a piping bag while whisking with a mixer.
Then put the sleeve in the fridge.

Preparation of choux pastry:

First put water in a saucepan, put the butter in pieces with a pinch of salt.
When it comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat, pour the flour over the top and stir with a spoon.
Then put the pan on medium heat and dry the flour while stirring continuously.
Remove the pan from the heat once more, then pour the eggs over the top — 1 by 1 — while shaking with the spatula to combine everything.
Make balls with a spoon or make piles of juice and keep them in a plate keeping space between them.
Then put your baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes.

Meeting :

At the end of cooking cut the puffs in half then using a piping bag fill them with cream and sprinkle icing sugar over them.
Then decorate with a dab of cream on top and place red fruit or pieces of fruit of your choice on top.
