Crepes with Whipped Cream and Strawberries, an irresistible delight for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.

For Thick Pancakes:

– 250 grams flour
– 50 cl milk
– 3 eggs
– 2 tbsp orange flower water
– 2 tbsp oil
– Butter
– Salt


First of all, put all purpose flour in a big vessel, add a pinch of salt on top and mix it.
Make a well in the middle with your hands, then add eggs, oil, orange flowers and milk and then mix with a spoon.
Once your dough is smooth, cover the bowl and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
Melt 1 tsp butter in a pan on low heat, then take a small spoonful of flour.
Then to keep the pancake thick, spread it in the center of the pan and cook on medium-low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then once it turns golden, turn it over and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Continue with the rest of the dough.
Let your pancakes cool to room temperature then spread a layer of whipped cream on one pancake, placing fruit slices on top of the cream.
I picked strawberries, then top a second pancake with fruit slices with another layer of cream.
Finally you have your pancakes with whipped cream and strawberries, serve your dessert and everyone has a good appetite.
