Rye bread or black bread, a real delight for your sandwiches, here is an easy recipe for both at home and for the whole family.


– 1 kg rye flour
– 250 grams wheat flour
– 75 cl lukewarm water
– 40 grams baker’s yeast
– 1 teaspoon honey
– Salt


First of all, put mustard flour in a big bowl and make a well in the middle of the flour and dilute the yeast in water.
Then add water in the middle, then add sugar and a pinch of salt and make a paste by mixing it with your hands and leave it for at least 2 hours.
You will see that your dough will triple in volume then preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Work your dough on a clean work surface, adding wheat flour on top to make a homogeneous dough.
Divide your dough into 4 balls, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and make an incision in the top with scissors.
Then put it in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Finally here is the rye roti or black bread, cut into slices tuna rillettes and serve everyone with a good appetite.
