Soft Chocolate and Pear Cake, a delight for your breakfast, here is an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 2 pears
– 50 grams flour
– 100 grams almond powder
– 120 grams dark chocolate
– 60 grams sugar
– 50 grams brown sugar
– 60 grams butter
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 tsp baking powder


First, preheat your oven to 180° and grease a cake tin with butter, melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie over medium heat.
Then in a bowl beat eggs with sugar and brown sugar.
Then add all purpose flour, baking powder and almond powder and add melted butter and whisk again.
Then add the melted chocolate and whisk to mix well.
Peel two pears, then remove the core and cut them into strips, pour your dough into the mold and lay your pears up in strips.
Then put the chocolate chips in the oven for 35 minutes, let them cool and take them out of the mold.
Finally presenting your soft chocolate and pear cake, cut and serve, good appetite everyone.
