Lemon tartlets with cream, a real delight for your dessert, here is an easy recipe at home and for the whole family.

Component:

– 80 grams of sugar
– 50 grams butter
– Juice and juice of 3 lemons
– 3 eggs

Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°.
Then roll out the dough on a clean work surface, roll out your dough with a rolling pin and cut it into 8 square pieces, melt the butter and keep aside.
Place pieces of parchment paper into tart molds then spread your squares of dough inside and prick the bottom with a fork.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the zest, lemon juice and melted butter, using your mixer to achieve a foamy preparation.
Then after dividing your mixture into the molds, keep stirring on medium speed and keep it to cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool for a moment, unmold then decorate with whipped cream using a piping bag.
