The most requested delicious dessert, a delicious flan you’ll be adopting for your meals, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 180 grams of sugar
– 50 cl milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 eggs
– 50 grams of sugar


First put sugar in a saucepan, keep it on medium heat and let the sugar caramelize while tilting the pan from time to time.
After the sugar has caramelized, stir with a spatula to melt the sugar completely, then distribute it evenly across the bottom into the ramekins, set aside.
Pour milk into a clean saucepan, add vanilla extract, mix and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl either with a whisk or with your mixer for 5 minutes until your mixture turns white.
Then add milk little by little while beating with a whisk to avoid cooking the eggs.
Strain your mixture through a sieve and then pour it into the ramekins on top of the caramelized sugar layer.
Then film your ramekins and then place them in a large pan, pouring boiling water up to half the ramekins in the pan.
Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes, to check that it is cooked, insert the tip of a knife, it should come out clean.
Let your ramekins cool to room temperature and then put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Remove the cling film, then unmold them. To unmold them thoroughly, pass the knife blade through all sides of the ramekins and turn them upside down on a dish.
