  • 750 g boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh

First cut the chicken meat into cubes, and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Then heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, season the chicken pieces and brown them on both the sides.
Then put them on absorbent paper.
Now we’re going to prepare the sauce, pour the white wine into the pan and then deglaze it, stirring with a wooden spatula to scrape up the little bits of chicken.
Then pour the broth over the top and cook until the liquid is reduced by half, you can increase the heat if desired.
Then add the cream, mint, oregano, lemon zest, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir everything over medium heat so that the sauce is reduced by half.
After the pasta is cooked, sieve it and add chicken pieces to it and stir everything.
