Swedish Turkey Meatballs ww. A real pleasure with your rice dish tonight, a weight-loss recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 4 sp.

  • 500 grams ground turkey breast
  • 50 g Japanese breadcrumbs – panko
  • an egg
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Chilly
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp low-fat 39-41% buttermilk.
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 50 cl of beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 6 cl of 15% light cream.

Preparation:

First put the minced meat in a salad bowl, add breadcrumbs, egg, onion, parsley, salt, nutmeg, chili, garlic, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything by hand.
Then make 12 balls from your preparation.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and then turn your meatballs over for 8 minutes.
Once your meatballs are golden, place them on a plate and cover them with aluminum foil to keep them warm.

Put butter in a pan and melt on medium heat then add flour to it and mix.
While stirring over medium heat, slowly pour in broth then add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and paprika.
Mix everything with a whisk, then bring to a boil, stirring regularly after boiling to reduce the heat for 4 minutes.
When your chutney becomes thick, remove it from the flame and add while whipping cream.
Then put the meatballs in the pan, then coat them with your sauce and put them back on low heat, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Finally here you have your Swedish meatballs with turkey ww, serve with a dish of rice and enjoy your meal.
