Component :
- 280 grams white rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 cl water, vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 grams chopped fresh coriander
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
First, wash the rice in tap water and sieve it in a sieve. Keep aside.
Put oil or butter in a vessel and heat it on medium heat, then add rice and chopped onion in it and stir with a spoon for 3 to 4 minutes.
