Chicken Zucchini Spaghetti WW. For dinner tonight, try this delicious pasta dish, Weight Watchers recipe, easy and perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients for 3 people – per serving 5 sp.

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 zucchini
  • 90 grams spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 24 cl of chicken broth
  • 24 cl of skimmed milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 3 tsp grated parmesan
  • Salt
  • Chilly


First, cut the chicken breast into pieces, cut the zucchini into thin slices and chop the garlic cloves.
Then heat oil in a wok on medium heat and fry the chicken pieces with salt and pepper… set aside
Put garlic in the pan and fry it for 2 minutes while stirring it with a spoon. Fry the chicken kept in the pan in oil.
Then pour the broth and milk on top and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add chicken pieces with spaghetti, stir for 3 minutes then cook for 7 minutes until liquid is reduced.
Reduce the heat to medium low, then add the cheese and zucchini and stir for 2 minutes so that the sauce covers both the chicken and the spaghetti.
Pour into 2 plates then sprinkle grated Parmesan, 1 tsp per plate.
