Cookio Seafood Rice, a delicious dish for your dinner, here you will find the ingredients to make this dish easily at home and with your cooks.
Component:
– 240 grams rice
– 250 grams peeled shrimp
– 150 grams chopped squid
– 1 red chili
– 150 grams peas
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp saffron
– 1.5 tsp paprika
– 1 onion
– 1.5 tsp olive oil
– 1 cube of chicken broth
– 50 cl water
– Salt
– Chilly
– 1 lemon
– a handful chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
First wash and hollow the rice and cut red chili into small cubes, chop the onion.
Then brown the chopped onion with oil in the skillet of your cookie for 4 minutes in browning mode.
Then add the black pepper cubes and keep stirring in browning mode for 3 minutes.
Add turmeric, saffron, paprika, a pinch of salt and pepper on top, then keep stirring for 2 minutes.
Pour water on top, add rice, shrimp, squid, peas, crumble stock cube on top and then mix everything with spatula.
Then start cooking rapidly – under pressure from your cooks – for a period of 8 minutes.
