Chocolate Mousse in Verines is one of the most favorite desserts for your end meal, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.


– 125 grams dark chocolate
– 10 grams unsalted butter
– 12 cl of full cream
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 3 eggs

For decoration:

– whipped cream
– chocolate chips


First, start by separating the yolk from the egg white into two separate bowls.
Then beat the egg yolk and set it aside.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave and let it cool for a while.
In a bowl, beat the cream with a mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Using your mixer on medium speed, beat the egg whites with the sugar for 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour your beaten egg yolks into the bowl of cream in batches, mixing with the spatula, then pour the melted chocolate over the top and mix.
Add 1/4 of your egg whites to the chocolate mixture and mix with the spatula, then adding 1/4 of the way each time.
Divide your mixture into 4 varins or jars and then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Then decorate with cream and chocolate shavings.
Finally presenting your chocolate mousse, serve and good appetite to all.
