Chocolate Cornstarch Cream, a delight for your dessert, your kids will love, here’s how to make it at home.


– 240 grams dark chocolate
– 1 liter milk
– 120 grams of sugar
– 60 grams cornstarch
– 2 eggs


First, cut the chocolate into pieces, put in a saucepan, pour milk on top and bring to a boil while stirring to melt the chocolate.
Then remove the pan from the heat.
In a salad bowl, using your electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar, then add the cornstarch and continue whisking.
Pour a ladle of your milk-chocolate mixture over the top, then whisk on medium speed after pouring everything into the saucepan.
Mix with a whisk then cook the pan on low heat for 12 minutes until your mixture becomes thick.
Divide your cream into bowls or ramekins and then put them in the fridge until serving.
