Cauliflower Gratin

Recipe for this delicious chutney


1 cauliflower
30 cl of fresh cream
150 grams grated Gruyere


First of all, preheat your oven to 160°.
Then cut your cauliflower into pieces.
Then cook them in a pot in boiling water for 20 minutes on low flame.
After cooking, filter the cauliflower pieces.
In a bowl, mix well your crme frache and grated Gruyere cheese.
Butter a grated dish, then place your cauliflower pieces inside and pour your mixture over the top.
Finally put your dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
You can also leave it for 4 more minutes to turn brown.
