– 300 grams flour
– 80 grams ground almonds
– 180 grams butter
– 180 grams of sugar
– 4 eggs

-12 cl orange juice
– 2 sachets baking powder


First, preheat your oven to 180°, grease a cake tin with butter and flour, soak the raisins in a bowl with orange juice for 10 minutes.
Then sieve both all purpose flour, almond powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer on medium speed, then add the eggs 1 by 1.
Then add the flour mixture with the drained raisins and mix everything with a spoon.
