Recipe zucchini gratin ww. A delicious oven dish for your main meal.
Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 2 sp.

  • 4 zucchini
  • 10 cl of 15% light cream
  • 12 cl of skimmed milk
  • 30 g grated Gruyere
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First wash the zucchini and cut it into slices, cut two cloves of garlic.
Then fry the garlic in a pan while stirring it with oil, salt and pepper.
Then add the zucchini pieces on top and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Preheat your oven to 180° then crack the eggs in a bowl with the milk and cream and 15 grams of Gruyre.
Then add the zucchini, mix and pour into a gratin dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Finally, put your dish in the oven for 30 minutes… let cool for a while, cut and serve… bon appetit tous.
