Vanilla Panna Cotta Dessert: An Italian cream for 4 people that will melt in your mouth.

Today we are excited to share a special recipe that we have created for those of you who love Italian desserts. We decided to make panna cotta, a classic Italian dessert, with a unique twist we’re sure you’ll love.
Thanks to our detailed recipe, you can prepare an exquisite Vanilla Panna Cotta dessert that will melt in your mouth and leave you hungry.

Component :

  • 60 cl of full liquid cream
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 70 g sugar
  • 3 sheets of gelatin

Preparation :

The day before preparation, cut 2 vanilla pods lengthwise and collect seeds.
Pour cream into a saucepan, add vanilla pod and seeds, leave to infuse overnight in the fridge.
Next day put the gelatin sheets in a bowl filled with cold water, let stand
Put the sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Then remove the vanilla pod, squeeze the gelatin sheets, put them in a saucepan and stir over medium heat to melt them.
Then distribute your cream in jars, let cool to room temperature and put them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Finally here is your Italian dessert, serve with red fruits and good appetite to all.
