Light paneer pancakes, which are a healthy addition to your breakfast or snack, are here easy to make at home and for the whole family.

Material:

– 300 grams flour
– 240 g cream cheese
– 24 cl milk
– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1/4 sachet baking powder
– Oil

Preparation:

First pour milk in a bowl, add eggs and cheese on top.
Then beat them with either a whisk or a mixer on medium speed to form a homogeneous mixture.
Then add flour with baking powder and sugar on top, mix it with a spatula and make a paste.
Heat some oil in a pan and then take a small ball of your dough and put it in the pan.
Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes then flip your pancakes with a spatula and cook for 2 minutes more.
Continue the same process for the rest of the dough, don’t forget to apply oil to the pan after cooking.
