No-bake Kiwi Cheesecake, a delicious cake for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 5 kiwi fruits
– 240 g biscuits
– 50 grams butter
– 500 g cream cheese spread
– 240 grams mascarpone
– 32 cl Full Liquid Cream
– 60 grams icing sugar


First melt the butter and crush your biscuits either in the bowl of your mixer or in a food bag using a rolling pin.
Then put them in a bowl, add melted butter and mix everything with a spatula.
Lay out a sheet of parchment paper, place your springform pan on top, then place your biscuits in it, and press against the bottom of a glass.
In a bowl, whip the cheese with the mascarpone, icing sugar and cream using your mixer on a progressive speed and then set aside.
Peel and cut your kiwi, 2 kiwi into slices and 3 into cubes.
Pour half your cream over the base of the biscuit, spread the kiwi cubes on top, and pour the rest over the top.
Use the spatula to smooth the surface, then put the kiwi slices on top and put your mold in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
You finally have your No-Bake Kiwi Cheesecake, serve and enjoy your meal.
