Soft and melting lemon muffins, a delicious cake for your breakfast or snack, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 300 grams flour
– zest of 1 lemon
– 1 packet of baking powder
– 24 cl milk
– 90 grams of sugar
– 80 grams butter
– 2 eggs
– Salt


First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and place a paper case in a muffin tin, mix all purpose flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Then melt the butter in pieces in a saucepan and keep it to cool.
In a bowl beat eggs with lemon zest and sugar, when your mixture turns white then add milk and melted butter.
Then add the flour mixture in batches while whisking.
Pour your batter into the cases and put them in the oven for 35 minutes.
Finally presenting your soft and melting Lemon Muffins, to be served and a good appetite for all.
