Zucchini Galette with Fine Herbs is a delight to accompany your soup or dish, here I provide you an easy recipe to make it at home.


– 180 grams flour
– 2 zucchini
– 1 clove of garlic
– 2 eggs
– 3 tbsp fine herbs
– Salt
– Chilly


First of all, wash two zucchini, peel and grate them, cut the garlic bud with a knife.
Then put the grated zucchini in a colander, sprinkle a little salt on it and let stand for at least 1 hour.
Then wash the grated zucchini – to release the salt – and squeeze out the water and set aside.
Mix all purpose flour, eggs, fine herbs, garlic, pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl and then add zucchini and mix everything together.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil, then cook your pancakes – 3 minutes on each side.
