  • 150 g cream cheese – such as Philadelphia
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 gelatin sheet
  • 1 glass cold water
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First mix your cookies either in the bowl of your blender or in a food bag using a rolling pin.
Then put them in a salad bowl, add melted butter and mix everything well.
