Zucchini and Walnut Bread, a delight to have for your breakfast or afternoon snack, here is the easy recipe at home.


– 375 grams whole wheat flour
– 250 grams of oatmeal
– 2 zucchini
– 250 d chopped walnuts
– 3 eggs
– 125 grams brown sugar
– 6 cl oil
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and put butter in a mould.
Then wash, cut off the ends of 2 zucchini and grate them with a grater.
In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with brown sugar using a whisk, then top with grated zucchini, oil and vanilla and whisk everything together.
Then add all purpose flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and mix and knead the dough.
Pour your dough into the mold and place it in the oven to bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
