Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 2 sp.

  • 50 cl of plain white cheese 0%
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 30 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt

Preparation:

First, preheat your oven to 180° and separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
Then using your electric mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl.
Then pour lemon zest on top and continue whisking, add vanilla and beat again to get foam.
Then add cottage cheese, cornstarch, flour and baking powder and mix everything.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and beat the whites to stiff peaks.
Pour the icy egg whites into the bowl of the egg yolks, mixing gently with the spatula.
Pour your mixture into a buttered pie dish and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
