Creamy Mustard Chicken Fillet
3 chicken fillets
20 cl of fresh cream
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp oil
25 grams butter
your shallot. start by cutting
Put it in a large frying pan with butter and oil
Brown again, then add 3 chicken fillets and brown on low heat for at least 5 minutes.
Combine mustard seeds and crme frache in a bowl.
When the chicken fillets are golden, pour the mixture over the bowl.
Cook on low heat for at least 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs when serving.
