Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 2 sp.

  • 100 grams small flour
  • 120 g plain yogurt 0%
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g Red fruits: raspberries – blackberries – strawberries – blueberries …

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Then put curd in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla on top and mix everything together.
Then add the egg and beat using a whisk or an electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder and keep whisking then add the red fruits into pieces and mix into the dough using a spatula.
Pour your mixture into the mold and then put it in the oven to cook for 35 minutes.
Finally, let it cool for a while, cut and serve… bon appetit tous.
