Easy Apricot Claphotis, a seasonal delight for your dessert or flavored with juice, here is the easy recipe at home.


– 125 grams flour
– 500 grams apricot
– 125 grams sugar
– 24 cl milk
– 60 grams butter
– 4 eggs
– Salt


Firstly preheat your oven to 200° and apply butter in a round mold or small mold as per your choice.
Then melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and let it cool for a while.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt then add the sugar in a drizzle, to get a completely white mixture.
