W Watchers Green Smoothie. Start your day with this protein juice, a WW recipe that’s easy and perfect for the whole family to try.

Ingredients: for 2 people – 4 sp per portion

– 1 pot of plain yogurt
– 200 grams chopped kale
– 1 banana
– 100 grams pineapple
– 1 tbsp flaxseeds
– 24 cl semi-skimmed milk

Preparation:

First wash the cabbage and cut it into pieces, cut the banana and pineapple into cubes.
Then put them in the bowl of your blender along with the yogurt, flaxseed and milk and blend for 2 minutes.
finally, here is your w watchers green smoothie, serve with pineapple slices… good for everyone.
