Crepes Suzettes – Crepes with Oranges, the best recipe for delicious, quick and easy crepes for the perfect dessert.


For Pancakes:

250 grams flour
50 cl milk
zest of 1 orange
3 eggs
2 tbsp oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

For the Orange Chutney:

30 cl orange juice
50 grams sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons butter


Preparing Pancakes:

First beat the eggs with sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, orange zest, a pinch of salt in a bowl using a whisk.
Then add 25 cl milk along with the flour and keep whisking.
Then pour the remaining milk, whisking on top, so that a thin batter is formed, cover the cup with a film and let stand for 12 minutes.
Melt a little butter in a frying pan then take a ladle of your dough and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
Leave to cook and turn it over with a spoon, do the same with the rest of the dough.

Preparation of Orange Chutney:

First, melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
Then add orange juice and mix well.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, mix and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes.
